Shouldn't the healthy choice be the easy choice? Well it definitely isn't. We fight a daily uphill battle to be a healthy society and our healthcare costs and chronic disease rates scream the need for change. Hopefully this blog can bring attention to some of the (ridiculous) barriers to being healthy in our everyday lives. If you see something here that inspires you, makes you angry, or just plain makes you laugh then this blog has done its job. Take those thoughts and run with them. Talk to a legislator, your local McDonalds, your workplace, WHOEVER can enact the change, and tell them that you want the healthy choice.
